Banana Oat Meal Cookies using Raisins.

How can baking biscuits ever be rapid? You normally have to have a scale, carefully measure out all the components, caress the dough for ages, then cut out little cookies in your heart, star and moon shapes and then wait another century'til they're baked.

NEVER EVER could I bake cookies under these conditions. That's just not how I roll up. But then I stumbled upon these Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that is what I call them, anyhow.)

Ok, they don't taste just like the biscuits you get around Christmas time. Rather they're a little more gooey and don't crumble in any respect.

But what mostly convinced me was you could have them ready in 25 minutes including the baking time! No shit.

Possibly the most astonishing thing about the biscuits is they involve only 2 ingredients! Yep that's right, and anybody can blend two components.

Though if you would like to make them even tastier and/or fitter you can pimp them up using some add ons such as peppers, walnuts or cinnamon. That is Your Choice!

It sounds increasingly like a sales pitch (it is not -- nobody's gont cover me if you consume them), however I have to mention one more amazing thing about those cookies.

They are tasty! Yep, once I had had the very first I finished the remainder within one hour.

They're perfect for hiking excursions or other events where you want a quick energizing snack on the move. Nowadays I keep these as a quick snack in my back pack.

It must also be noted they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, none of the normal cookie supposes. Just oats and peanuts.

Take oats for example. Not only do they lower your cholesterol levels which in turn will help you prevent developing heart her response disease or diabetes, but they also energize you with great carbs and nutrients to help keep you going for longer throughout the day.

These nutrients include manganese, great for bone production and skin ethics in addition to magnesium -- essential for energy production to make you feel fuller

Much like peanuts -- the favourite fruit among athletes -- not only cause they contain a decent amount of good carbs but also for being the big players in the potassium video game.

Potassium is a really important nutrient for preventing tiredness and muscle cramps. Pretty good if you have a difficult day ahead of you.

Because you can see, I'm a huge fan.

2 ripe bananas

1 cup rolled oats (oatmeal or porridge oats operate really well)

Optional: Vegan Sugar Cookies Minimalist Baker Recipes

two tsp cinnamon

1 little number raisins

1 little number walnuts, crumbled

1 small handful sesame seeds, toasted

You may add pretty much anything you enjoy!

If you don't have this make sure to grease the baking dish with butter (or olive oil if you are vegan)

To create the cookie shape just grab a spoon and garnish a decent sum from the mix onto the baking dish like I did in the photo above. It's super fast and effortless.

Off it goes into the oven for about 15 - 20 minutes.

EQUIPMENT: You just require a solid baking tray and a few parchment paper, cool as.
